Hi! I’m Susan Livingston with Smith and Coelho Real Estate in Eagle, Idaho. If you’ve visited my site before you’ll notice that there is less here than there used to be. I have not had adequate time to keep this site updated, and I’ve always said of other sites that no site is better than a stale site, so I’ve decided that I need to take some of my own advice and make some changes to the site.

The parts of my site that are no longer here are an MLS listing search tool and local market stats. I can, however, recommend some very good alternatives for both, and they are as follows:

MLS listing search tool:
1) You can do your own searching with this Consumer MLS search tool provided by our local MLS. If you find anything on this site that you are interested in, I can get you more information on the property and/or arrange for you to see the property.
2) You can contact me. We can discuss your criteria, and then I can do a search using my MLS search tool and send listings to you via email or whatever means you prefer.

Local market stats:
1) “Canned” stats provided by our local MLS.
2) Customizable stats provided by our local MLS.
3) Local appraiser’s web site with lots of local market stats.
